Congratulations!
You have graduated!
You have your dental hygiene license!

Now let’s convert your student membership to ‘active’ ADHA membership.  Then you will be entitled to all the rights and privileges afforded by the association.
To avoid any fees you should convert your membership by December 31st.

Step #1
Visit ADHA's website www.adha.org.  Login to your SADHA membership record.

Step #2
Click on ‘Convert Now.’  Complete the required information.

You will need your license number to convert.

If you do not have access to the internet, call 1-800-243-2342, press 1 (9:00 am to 4:00 pm). Be prepared to give your full name, ADHA member number which is on the back of your SADHA membership card and your dental hygiene license number.
